Check the filter slot before changing depth. A 2-inch or 4-inch filter is not a substitute for a 1-inch filter unless your equipment accepts it.
Measure before ordering
For this size family, the standard width and height are 24.5 x 24.5 inches. Plusco standard filters run half an inch under the nominal size in each dimension. Custom filters are cut to the exact measurements you specify.
Read the label on your existing filter, then measure its width, height and depth. If the measurements do not match, use the custom option in the calculator or request a quote. Do not assume another manufacturer's nominal size has the same actual dimensions.
Choose the rating your system supports
MERV 8, MERV 13 and carbon are available in this size family. Read the MERV guide and check the equipment requirements before changing ratings. Ask your HVAC technician if you are unsure.

Shipping is free in Florida. Outside Florida, rates depend on the destination and filter depth. The calculator displays a rate table; checkout confirms your final shipping charge.
Can I order custom or bulk filters?
Yes. For 25 or more filters, multiple sizes or a recurring purchasing schedule, request a bulk quote. Include dimensions, quantities and the required rating.
