For hospitality orders, the useful starting point is an equipment-based list: dimensions, approved filter type and quantity for each area. Add the delivery dates you want to discuss. We quote volume requirements directly, including inquiries about recurring supply.
Keep the guest-room and common-area lists separate
Organize your request by equipment type or maintenance area. A room count alone does not tell us how many filters a hotel needs. Check the units and count the replacements required for each change cycle. Where the property has several buildings or phases, note which list belongs to each one.
Confirm whether each item is a nominal standard size or an exact custom measurement. Our standard filters measure half an inch under nominal in every dimension; custom filters are cut exact. The 20x20x1 and 20x25x1 pages show standard sizing examples. Do not assume these sizes fit every guest-room or packaged unit.
Follow the equipment's filtration requirements
Review MERV 8, MERV 13 and carbon filters against your property's specifications. The MERV rating guide helps compare the options. A higher MERV selection or a different filter type should still be checked against the equipment requirements.
Our range is not a claim that every hospitality system can use the same pleated filter. If a unit calls for a different construction, depth or specialized filtration, contact us before adding it to the order. Supplying the existing dimensions and requirements makes that review more useful.

Tell us your expected replacement quantities, storage constraints and requested delivery schedule when seeking a bulk quote. Recurring needs can be discussed with the first purchase. Keep any dates subject to confirmation rather than assuming that standard shipping transit also covers manufacturing a large custom order.
