Custom Air Filters - Made to Your Exact Size
A filter should fit your equipment, not the other way around. Plusco Filters manufactures custom air filters for homes and commercial buildings in Boca Raton, Florida. Custom sizing is our specialty, whether you need replacements for one unusual return or a list of different sizes across a property.
Choose pleated MERV 8, MERV 13 or carbon filters in 1, 2 and 4 inch depths. Start with your measurements and use our calculator to see the available pricing path. Larger dimensions, volume orders and requests that need a closer review go to a dedicated quote.
Custom size AC filters are cut to the exact measurements you provide. That is different from our standard sizes, which measure half an inch under the nominal dimensions. Keeping those two ordering methods separate helps you avoid receiving a filter that is smaller than the opening you intended to fill.
Measure before ordering a custom filter
Write down the width, height and depth of the replacement you need. Include fractions rather than rounding to the nearest whole inch. If you are replacing a filter that fits correctly, record its actual measurements and check the equipment requirements. If the old filter is loose, bent or hard to insert, do not assume its dimensions are the right ones.
A label such as 20x25x1 describes a nominal standard size. Our 20x25x1 filters measure 19.5 x 24.5 x 0.5 inches. For a custom order, tell us the exact finished dimensions instead. If you are unsure which method applies, call (561) 241-9666 before submitting your order.
Choose the filter option your system supports
Our MERV 8 air filters, MERV 13 air filters and carbon air filters give you three options to review. A custom dimension does not change the need to match the filter to your HVAC equipment. Read the MERV rating guide and check your system's requirements before choosing a rating or changing filter type.
Custom orders for more than one location
For hotels, offices and property managers, send a separate line for each exact size, filter type and quantity. Add your requested delivery schedule so we can discuss recurring supply along with the first order. Bulk pricing is quoted against your actual requirements, rather than an assumed one-size order.
Custom air filter questions
Can I enter fractional dimensions?
Yes. Custom filters are made to your exact dimensions. Keep your measurements precise and identify them as actual dimensions when requesting a quote.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is free within Florida. Outside Florida, rates depend on the destination and filter depth; see the calculator and confirm the final charge at checkout. Standard transit typically takes 3-5 business days; confirm production timing for your custom or bulk request separately.
What if I need a size over 30 inches?
Use the quote page rather than treating it as a standard online order. Send all three dimensions and the quantity so our team can review the request.
