HVAC Air Filters for Homes and Commercial Buildings
Replacing HVAC air filters starts with two choices: the dimensions that fit your equipment and the filter type it supports. Plusco Filters makes pleated filters in standard and custom sizes for homeowners and commercial buyers. We manufacture in Boca Raton, Florida, and offer online pricing for supported orders plus direct quotes for larger requirements.
Our range includes MERV 8, MERV 13 and carbon filters in 1, 2 and 4 inch depths. You can compare the options, price your size in the calculator and order without searching through a long catalog of unrelated products. If your dimensions are unusual, custom sizing is part of what we do.
For a home, you may be ordering one size for your next replacements. For a school, office or hotel, you may need several dimensions at once. The same starting information matters in either case: width, height, depth, filter type and quantity.
Find your replacement size
Check the label and actual measurements on a filter that fits your system correctly. Standard sizes use nominal labels, and our standard filters are half an inch smaller in each dimension. Custom filters are cut to the exact measurements supplied. Do not enter a nominal label as an exact custom measurement unless that is the finished size you want.
Start with our 20x20x1, 20x25x1 or 16x25x1 size pages if one matches your existing filter. Each page explains the size, then connects you to the calculator. For a different depth, review the available choices in the calculator rather than substituting a thinner filter.
Compare MERV 8, MERV 13 and carbon
Review our MERV 8 filters and MERV 13 filters alongside your equipment's filter requirements. The MERV guide explains the differences. A higher rating is not a reason to ignore system compatibility, so check the equipment documentation before changing your selection.
Carbon filters are another option in the range. Review their product information for your application rather than assuming every filter type serves the same purpose. If you need help identifying the right ordering option, call (561) 241-9666.
Plan your next order
Shipping is free in Florida. Out-of-state rates depend on the destination and filter depth. Standard transit typically takes 3-5 business days; checkout confirms the final charge. Eligible product subscriptions offer 5% subscribe-and-save. For recurring commercial demand, request a quote with the sizes, quantities and desired delivery schedule; do not assume an online subscription covers a mixed-size facility order.
